The founder of the business, Emil Ludwig Hermann Bauermeister, started this Hamburg based business as a supplier of grain mills. Even back then, investments in innovative developments were a major part of company policy.

Bauermeister is pleased to announce that the Ladco group of companies has become a member of the PROBAT group.

MacIntyre, Petzholdt, Heidenauer and Beetz, four experienced and well known manufacturers of a variety of high quality machinery and equipment for the global cocoa and chocolate industry, will now be joining forces with Probat and Bauermeister to supply the whole array of equipment that is needed along the cocoa and chocolate related process chain.
