A Commitment to Clean

Sani-Matic, Inc. designs and manufactures automated sanitary process cleaning equipment, from Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) Parts Washers and cabinet washers, such as the SaniCab and TactiWash, to Clean-In-Place (CIP) Systems, and sanitary components that provide a complete clean – every time. And, we don’t stop there. We also provide expert services, including our Tactical Solutions program, to ensure systems are optimized for money-saving efficiencies and increased productivity.

It’s been that way since the Sani-Matic story began in 1943. That’s when we developed a Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) Parts Washer for the dairy industry and began a precedent of equipment innovation at the forefront of automating sanitary cleaning processes.

Today, we continue our commitment to sanitary cleaning results for a diverse range of industries including food, beverage, pharmaceutical, biotech, nutraceutical and personal care.

1943: Sani-Matic Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) Parts Washer developed for dairy industry.

1960-1970s: Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) Parts Washer and sanitary component production and distribution grow.


1980s: Equipment innovation continues including Clean-In-Place (CIP) System advancements.

1990: First CIP System for pharmaceutical manufactured. Patented UltraFlow™ portable CIP developed.

2010: Expanded capacity with addition of second manufacturing plant (70,000 square feet).

2013: Tactical Solutions system optimization program developed. 20152015: National coverage, and international reach, through dedicated distributors and manufacturing representatives.
