The Afosearer is a brand new development of Afoheat. To respond to the demand of our  customers, we developed a gas powered flame oven based on the principle of the Afoflame,  but in a very short version. As extra advantages you have the opportunity to integrate the  barmarking in the oven as well as the Afosearer is modular. The customer can invest today in  a small version, and if capacity increases, you can add extra modules. All this modifications  resulted also in a budget friendly equipment for our customers.
The Afosearer has 2 or 3 parameters:
• Speed of the belt
• Power per single burner
• Temperature control of barmarking wheels (if barmarker is integrated)
Advantages and USP’s:
• Modular ⇒ extra units searing units can be added if capacity increases in the future
• Flame burners on top and/or on bottom side
• The barmarking unit can be integrated in the same oven as the searing unit ⇒ shorter and   cheaper
• Burner and/or barmarking units can be easily taken out for cleaning and maintenance
