PET STRETCH BLOW MOLDING

Basic training and start-up assistance is included with all new PET stretch blow molding machines. Additional process and maintenance training is available at our facility, or in your plant for an additional charge.



EXISTING MOLD COMPATIBILITY

The Amsler linear machine series can accept molds from other machine series including MAG. With quick reversible modifications the molds can run in both the Amsler and MAG machines.

ADVANCED TRAINING

Get the most out of your Amsler blow molding equipment and your operators. Let us train your people to use our equipment so you can maximize production runs and reduce down time.

LEAK DETECTION

Simple easy to understand setup instructions are included with the machine manuals. Additional training is always available for your operators at your site.

CHANGE PARTS & TOOLING

Change parts are designed and manufactured at Amsler’s facility in Canada. Turnaround time for new preform handling change parts is as little as a few days from receipt of preform sample.
PILOT PRODUCTION RUNS

No time to wait for a machine to be built? Need samples for your customers? Make use of our production showroom to produce your containers. Small or large production runs can be completed in advance of your machine installation.

MATERIAL CONVERSION ASSISTANCE
