The ARCTICjet line of intensive chillers utilizes a combination of interval showering and cold air chilling to bring product temperatures down to below freezing in as short a time as possible, and with as little cost as possible. ARCTICjet intensive chillers can be paired with THERMICjet hot smokehouses and cooking houses, to provide completely cooked and chilled product in one line.
