Gravity / Light Pressure With this system a constant pressure, by means of sterile air or inert gas, is created inside the filling tank. The pressure can be adjusted from 0,1 to 0,5 Bar.
The filling of the bottle is therefore facilitated by the pressure created inside the tank.
Once the pre-set level is achieved, the product in excess is collected in a recovery tank and afterwards it can be sent again to the process system, before filling.
The filling tank is completely manufactured in AISI316, as well as all the parts in contact with the product.
In case the machine has to treat PET/PE/HDPE bottles, the filler can be equipped with a neck holding system.
