The CMB Engineering Cupping Die Set is our cupper tool solution for all press types for both steel and aluminium cups. Die Sets are produced to precise manufacturing tolerances to ensure the consistent quality of each cup from the very beginning of your line. The Die Set’s operator-friendly design incorporates a ‘wheel-out’ feature to enable simple and quick removal from the press for ease of maintenance and efficient cleaning. Die Sets are available with either a single or twin piston and feature a hydraulic lift for the installation of the inner punch plate, saving you both time and labour costs. Our Cupping Die Set can also be offered as part of an integrated Cupping System - a complete turnkey solution that includes coil handling, lubricator and Cupping Press. Here at CMB Engineering, we have invested in the latest machinery for the production of Die Sets, and have a team of in-house specialists skilled in both the manufacturing and refurbishment of the equipment. Refurbishment packages are available, including an on-site visit, full product audit at our plant in Shipley, UK, consultation on which parts should be replaced, and testing of the end result in collaboration with you. Our engineers carry out stringent quality checks and accuracy tests on every new and refurbished Cupping Die Set before they are dispatched.
