The SRM >26, 1.045 - 1.065 OG, Finish Malty version of ACCUmash is calculated for a dark colored ale or lager. It is designed to accentuate the flavor and aroma profile of a moderately to heavily malty beer. It is perfect for styles such as a Stouts and Porters (Irish and Scottish). For beers close to this version of ACCUmash, it will almost always put your pH in the desired range and has all the minerals needed for yeast healthy.
All ACCUmash Brewing Additives are designed to be used with Reverse Osmosis Treated Water.
The following ingredients will be included at varying levels: a blend of food-grade buffering phosphates (Mono and Disodium phosphate), Calcium Chloride, Calcium Sulfate Dihydrate, Magnesium Sulfate, and Sodium Bicarbonate.
