    Device Characteristics 

    1) Double-end design with bottle infeed from one end of the machine and discharge from the other end, minimizing the risk of bottle contamination.

    2) Synchronization transmission mechanism. Frequency controlled drive motor(bottle pocket), worm gearboxes connected to transmission shafts are equipped with overload protection devices which guarantee a reliable operation.

    3) Motors with easily adjustable frequency control drive the bottle infeed and discharge synchronously that ensure a gentle, reliable and low-noise operation.

    4) Spray system:the system performs lower and upper flushing of bottle exterior to preheat the bottles as well as to prevent contamination of the downstream treatment section. The end section consists of sub-sections for spraying with (hot water, warm water and fresh water respectively). Bottle exterior with stationary spraying and bottle interior with both rotating and stationary spraying achieve optimal bottle cleaning. Additionally installed spraying nozzles in the caustic zone prevent caustic from sticking to the bottles due to fault-caused machine stop.

    5) Label removing device:Double label removal procedure. 

    6) Heating system:heating by means of steam. Steam pass through the heat coil while the caustic solution going through the external pipe for efficient heat exchange, making the best of energy sources.

    7) Bottle washing process pre-spraying, proper times caustic soaking and hot water spraying to guarantee a thorough bottle cleaning. Baths are separated each other to reduce risk of cross-contamination. Hydrogen exhausting unit outer attached to the caustic soaking bath I.

    12)Frequency controlled main drive. Man-machine interfaced operation panel with Chinese text display and color graphs of various forms.

    13)The housing of discharge section is made of s.s. spraying device installed inside automatically clean and sterilize the inner part of the housing with hot water or sterilized water.

    14)Multi-function protection devise switch off the main drive when the following malfunctions occur:

        Specified temperature in the sub-merged baths fail to be reached;

        Main drive overloaded, bottle blocking at infeed and discharge, bottle tumble;

        Bottle jam-up at discharge conveyor.

    15)The media temperature in the preheat spraying section, hot water spraying section and caustic submerged baths are measured by Pt100 temperature transducers and the signals sent therefrom are then collected by ADPT module which is interfaced to the man-machine operation panel. The measured temperature is displayed on the operation panel screen. The temperature value of the hot water and hot caustic in the abovementioned baths can be set and PID parameters can be modified on the operation panel to achieve precise control.

    16)Man-machine interfaced operation panel with colour screen displaying various fault alerts, operation status and bottle transfer speed.

    17)SEW main variable motor. Piston valve for steam shutoff.

    18)Proximity switches, photocells with protective casing IP67, suitable for a reliable operation at high-temperature and humid packing hall.
