    STEAM JACKETED KETTLES
    BCast Stainless’ steam jacketed kettles are used to cook meat, soup, sauces, fillings and more. The hemispherical bottom, low-pressure steam jacket, and counter-rotating scraper agitation allow for gentle, even cooking with no burn on or hot spots. These stainless steel kettles are available in a range of sizes from 100 to 500 gallons, with 304 or 316 product contact surface, and with stainless steel legs or dump style mounting.
