Oxygen in the bottleneck is derogatory to the quality of filled beer and has to be removed before sealing.

This is achieved by the HPI. The High Pressure Injection of hot water eliminates 
provides the removal of air.

Injection pressure and temperature are supervised via the cubicle´s display.

The Hormes HPI operates its pressure dependant on the filler´s velocity.
