Mobile
Storage Tank is designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with the
pressure vessel standard (GB150-2011) and the steel welded atmospheric pressure
vessel standard(NB/T 47003.1-2009) , strictly meeting GMP certificate
requirements.
Mobile
Storage Tanks usually adopt vertical circular tank body. The top is standard
elliptic or torispherical head, and the bottom is standard
conical,torispherical or elliptic head. Inner wall of tank body transition
section adopts circular arc transition,, no dead corner, easy to clean; Single
layer, double layer (tank body and the bottom head is equipped with insulation
layer) or jacket type (tank body and the bottom head is equipped with the
jacket and insulation layer) can be customized for customers,tank inner wall
are mirror polished, meeting the GMP standard.
Mobile Storage Tank is specially
designed with brake casters, kickstand and forklift grooves, The are vertical
structure and horizontal structure. It is according to the customer's
requirements.

Storage Tank Optional Configuration: sterile air filter, thermometer (digital
display type or dial), pressure gauge, sight glasses, sanitary manhole,
in-outlet, CIP universal rotating cleaning ball, level gauge, etc., or
configured according to customers' requirements.
Feature
• Flexible mobility with
buffer storage function, optional mixing, cleaning, heating or cooling function;
reasonable design of the brake wheel, pedal or forklift groove, suitable for
raw materials or finished product of mobile, convenient off-line cleaning.
• Single
layer tank or Optional jacket form or three layers with insulation. Material of insulation is Rock wool or PU.
• There
are varieties of volume from 600L~20000L, also it can be designed and customized
according to the customers' requirements.
• Connector
uses tri-clamp, inner tank use SS304 or SS316L, the inner surface mirror
polishing Ra≤0.28μm～0.6μm. Outer
surface can be polished, wiredrawn, sandblasted according to customer's
requirement.

pharmaceutical, cosmetic, grease, paint, chemical and other industries of
various kinds of material liquid movement, turnover, buffer, cleaning,
suitable for transport and storage of powder and liquid.
