KNOLL’s efficient electric motors, or affordable pneumatic motors integrate with your existing workflow, deliver faster unloading, accurate metering, quieter operation, and energy savings.
Electric drum pump conversion kits provide a substantial increase in efficiency over less efficient air-operated pumps. Low viscosity submerged pumps deliver portable efficiency at 25 G.P.M., while the medium viscosity pumps offer rates of 20 G.P.M. or 60 G.P.M.
For larger, high-viscosity jobs, KNOLL’s 55 Gallon Drum Unloaders can empty a drum in less than a minute, while the two pump Bin Unloader can clear 300 gallons at a blistering 120 G.P.M.
Articulating Arm Unloaders
The new KNOLL Sanitary Articulating Arm 55-Gallon Drum Unloaders are the perfect choice for high-viscous products or fluids having solids in suspension. Allowing for the unloading of up to 4 drums on a pallet without having to move drums, they boast flow rates of up to 25 gallons per minute and up to 150 PSI thanks to a choice of two high-volume progressive cavity pumps.
The first compresses high-viscous product that is too thick to flow, while the second is a hygienic pump capable of submersion in medium viscous liquids.
Their electric-driven drum pumps provide accurate metering during unloading, doing so quieter and at a lower cost than traditional air-driven drum pumps.
Thanks to its advanced design, the easily positioned, single articulating arm offers significant labor savings, allowing it to swivel between 4 drums on a pallet without realigning the drums.
