The Retail Cheese Shredding System is designed to feed one or two cheese shredders or dicers at a flow rate of 3,000 - 12,000 lbs/hr (1,500 - 6,000kgs). The cheese shredding system can be changed over from shredder to dicer in minutes by using a portable trolley. With a 2-lane divert chute, the system feeds evenly to the two cheese shredders or dicers. With an internal divert blade, the system can change the flow to one machine during amperage spikes or required maintenance, allowing for minimal downtime and increased product throughput.
