Technical solution The LM03 uses a refractometric analyser combined with a conductivity analyzer and computes the data through a customized software algorithm. The unit, compared to other methods has the following advantages:

Measurement cycle and data management The LM-03 can be used into two different ways:
As an analyzer of the above parameters, simply to place an untreated sample into the basin then start the automatic analysis cycle
As an interactive system for controlling the fermentation process
After analysis the system displays the results, processes and automatically updates its database and then transmits the data to a collection center.
