We produce thin-walled tubes made of stainless steel. In the production and technological workup of the products we use special machines. Oprema tubes is ready to satisfy all requests of the target market.
Thin-walled tubes are used in different industries like for example food, medical and process industry (they are basically elements in cooling and heating systems) and in the other consumer consumption branches.
The most common application is in cooling devices for refrigerating and dispensing beer and soft drinks and all other kinds of the beverages.
All tubes we offer have a 0,5 mm wall and can be delivered in diameters from 5 to 12mm.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. tubes are delivered annealed with a standard strength of 160 ± 15 HV or according to the wishes of the buyer
2. the standard length of the tubes is 50 to 1000 m, and they are delivered in rolls packed on pallets, tightened with strips and in a protective stretch folie and cardboard wrapping
3. all products pass quality control where they are tested under the pressure of 8 bars during 20 minutes
4. production tolerances in conformity with ISO 1127
