Characteristics of Lubrication System:
1. Lubrication system: using the same principle as the car engine lubrication, the label station and bottle holder turntable using pump station oil circulation lubrication, achieved lubrication before operation, avoiding the defects of the equipment start early without lubrication and pump station is equipped with safety protect function at the same time. And when the air pressure and flow rate are not enough it be start normally, avoiding system failure of short of oil caused by operators’ negligence, so as to prolong service life. The design ahead of the marking machine industry level, and won the national patent (patent No. : 200420098410.6).
2.Rotating parts of the bearings, bushings and lifting screw are equipped with oil cup lubrication points, such as regular injections of lithium base grease, the benefits of oil cup lubricating is ensuring the machine neat and beautiful .

The mechanical structure characteristics:
1.The outline of machine and exposed metal parts (the cast parts expect) all use stainless steel, the benefits including anti-corrosion, anti-rust, acid and alkali resistant and all the outline surface are stainless steel wire-drawing board which are brighten and easy clean.

Important parts’ processing and materials:
1. The cam of the label station and the containers holder using 40Cr high quality of alloy steel materials. The processing including making curve, adjust the material, nitriding and other heating processing. The cam slot is wear-resisting and keeping the shape.
2. The main casting parts use nodular cast iron, the expose parts use barffing and the paint is import so that the machine is antirust, antiseptic acid and alkali resistance.
3. The hole in high precision is processed by machining center.
4. If the gear is not in extreme precise it will be proceeded in finish turning and rolling process.
