AUTOMATIC TRAY PACKER WITH PRODUCT FEED VIA PICK&PLACE SYSTEM, MOD. TPROT20

Packaging machine with stainless steel frame designed to pack various product types in trays on a single track. The cardboard is picked from the magazine and then, as it is conveyed to the tray forming zone, glue is deposited on it by Nordson hot melt glue guns. Lastly, the cardboard is pressed into a preform by a die the same size as the cardboard, closing the flaps. The thus-obtained tray is then fed to the filling station; the product is deposited in the tray by a pick-and-place system consisting of a suction cup picker moved by a robotic arm.
